These are typically 50-minute sessions that build upon a treatment plan that has been created between yourself and your clinician. Individual Services are used to treat a wide array of challenges including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, substance use, career advice, life coaching, and trauma-related issues.
Restoration specializes in Trauma related work, providing clinicians that are specifically trained in working with both children and adults who have undergone direct trauma or trauma exposure. Whether it’s a history of physical or sexual abuse, on the job exposure to trauma and human suffering, domestic violence exposure, or traumatic grief our clinicians are prepared to hear your story and help you heal.
Whether marital therapy is needed or family sessions, our clinicians are ready to assist you in helping to repair the relational wounds that are affecting you. These sessions range between 50-90 minutes depending on the needs of your family system.

A battery of screeners and resources can be put together for your employees to screen for burnout, anxiety, fatigue, depression, PTSD, and many other mental health concerns.
